A note found with the collection states that this image documents a family who originally settled in Belle Fourche, South Dakota, from Waterloo, Iowa. They are all related to Donald George Cooley (born in Iowa in 1907) and moved to Cincinnati, Ohio, in the late 1960s. Other people pictured may be Hersey B. and Theresa Cooley, as well as Geneva and Jerry Wilson.
