Very unusual sockets - 

from the speciality sets offered for working on Ford vehicles only

I was only able to find this sockets in the 1923 Snap-On booklet shown in last 3 pictures

No. 200 + No. 240 as shown in the booklet

5/8" looks like it may have been modified - thinned out on the outside, tapered to fit in tighter areas.
