   Outstanding 3 piece set of Herend Porcelain Boxes in Chinese Bouquet Pattern!

   Largest footed Box is 4" tall at top of rose, 3.7/8" diameter. Note subtle basketweave pattern on lid border, lovely branch detailing on the whimsical legs and lavish 24k gold detailing on lid & body of this piece.

   Medium Octagonal footed Box is 2.75" high to top of rose. Thus unusual 8 sided box is 3"  at widest point. Note elegant fluted shape of lid. Generous 24k gold trim.

    Smallest Box is 2.25" high with 3" diameter and 24k gold trim.

   The Chinese Bouquet Pattern was introduced in 1931 in honor of Count Apponyi, a famous Hungarian statesman and was based on the Indian Basket Pattern originally introduced in 1869.       .
