It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us unless stated in the listing otherwise, if the item is found to be faulty we will also refund the postage cost. (This does not cover battery warranty claims after 30 days) If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it to us for a replacement (where possible) or full refund of the purchase price. All items must be returned in a saleable condition, in its original package and with all labels attached. The item must be protected with outer packaging similar to that with which it was sent. Items must be returned within 60 days.
