As the mileage of the swirl flap increases, deposits of dirt and soot may cause malfunctions. The swirl flaps can break and fall into the combustion chamber, causing engine damage. In order to prevent this, our repair kit comprises our precisely fitting aluminum plugs instead of the original swirl flaps. This alteration does not influence the engine performance, fuel consumption or similar.
Before ordering, please check the diameter of the swirl flap covers:
If the clearance between the attachment bolts of the swirl flap is 45mm, this is the corresponding repair kit.
If the clearance is 35mm wide instead, you can find the right kit with 22mm covers in our accessories.
