For HDMI output, please make sure your HDMI cable is capable of 4K@60Hz.

For Displayport, please make sure your monitor supports DP 1.2 and make sure monitor settings are configured to use DP 1.2 and not 1.1

System requirements

 

Wide Compatibility
  • Our dual 4K horizontal docking station is compatible with most modern laptops and desktops running Windows 11, 10, 8.1 and
    7 that meet the minimum system requirements below.
  • Installation of the DisplayLink driver is required for our dock to function properly. DisplayLink drivers can be installed or
    downloaded automatically from a Windows update (with an existing internet connection).
  • Does not support copy-protected HDCP content (Blu-Ray, Netflix, Amazon Prime video, etc.)
Monitor compatibility

Supports two monitors up to 4K@60Hz (3840 × 2160@60Hz). Monitors equipped with DisplayPort and the DisplayPort cable must
support the DisplayPort 1.2 specification to support 4K@60Hz.

HDMI outputs each support 4K@60Hz (3840 × 2160), HDMI monitors must support HDMI 2.0 and HDMI cables must support high-speed HDMI.

Please Note:

  • On HDMI output make sure your HDMI cable is capable of 4K@60Hz.
  • The monitors which connects to the docking could not be detected in Nvidia Control Panelrol Panel.
