Thousands of years later, a young bat by the name of Shade Silverwing has broken that treaty, invoking the wrath of power-hungry owls who banish his colony and scatter his family. Now, with the help of a few close friends, Shade must discover his true strength to overcome enemies both powerful and cruel to save the Silverwings from extinction.
