30 DAY MONEY BACK RETURN POLICY

If you are unhappy with your item for whatever reason, simply return it to us for a replacement, exchange or refund. The item must be in its original packaging/condition for change of mind purchases, otherwise a 20% restocking fee may apply. We do not cover return shipping for change of mind purchases. A shipping fee will be deducting depending on the weight of the item for all change of mind purchases. What do I do if my item doesn't arrive within the Estimated Time

First of all please make contact with your local Post Office and check they are not holding your parcel for you.
