Beveled, wood, free standing, frame, with enamel rendering of Winter 1882 by Francesc Masriera. It appears to be Helca Enamel Marque Deposee from France, but is not marked. 
It has a sensory inducing, visual effect, that you can almost feel how soft and warm, her mink fur, hand muff must be.
The frame has some nicks, and surface scratches, and the bottom shows it was displayed tabletop.
