This listing is for a set of earrings made of genuine ancient Roman beads. The beads date from around the 3rd and 4th century AD and are mounted on modern hypoallergenic hoops earrings with 18k gold plate hooks. The spacer beads are modern and also gold plated. All of the non-gold coloured beads are genuine beads from the ancient Roman empire and are made of glass, agates, carnelian, lapis lazuli, turquoise etc. (see the images for the exact stones and types used).
