1, Pull seat cover over top of seat , Adjust and smooth to fit .
2,Pull the flap tightly through the car seat crevice.
3, Pull bottom of seat cover over the bottom of seat.
4,Attach the elastic straps with hooks on the bottom of the car seat, smooth to fit.
