Vintage Otagiri? Ceramic Stoneware Teapot Wicker Handle Midcentury Style Japan.

I did some research and saw this on other platforms stating it was Otagiri and others not mentioning a maker at all, but without stickers or signatures or all platforms confirming a maker I did not feel comfortable claiming it as so 100 %. There are no noticeable chips or cracks it is in excellent condition. See photos to confirm condition and exact measurements
