Where would you normally use this galvanised pipe fitting ?
The Long Tee is a 90 degree joint, often used to join intermediate uprights to top rails on level sites.
This fitting can be used where through tube (horizontal in photo) has to be joined within the fitting.

What size pipe does it fit to ?
This fitting will work with galvanised pipe (tube) of an outside diameter of approximately 42mm.

What is it made out of ?
All of the pipe fittings are made from malleable iron and then hot-dipped galvanised  giving a durable corrosion resistant finished surface for extended life. A second additional coating is then applied over the top of the galvanising, to enhance further the corrosion protection and to offer a premium quality, aesthetically pleasing appearance.

Can it be used for exterior application ?
As the fitting is hot-dipped galvanised, it is more than suitable for use outside.

How do you fix it to the galvanised pipe (tube) ?
No welding is required; as all pipe fittings come with a hexagonal key that allows for quick connection of the fitting to the pipe.
