This medieval tent is an inexpensive, yet spacious and functional tent suitable for military camps, medieval markets or LARP events. It offers enough space for 3 occupants with their personal effects and equipment, and with a generous interior height of approx. 1.80 m at the sides and approx. 2.60 m in the center. The tent is adorned with a headband that runs all around. The bottom edge closes with a band that keeps dirt and dust out.
The two separate side walls of the medieval tent meet at the front and rear to form the two respective entrances. The tent can also be used as an awning by simply leaving the side walls outside. We gave up on an awning in order to keep the tent compact.

All measurements are approximate and may differ from the actual product supplied. The tents are handcrafted which makes them look authentic on the one hand, but can also lead to one or two small flaws on the other hand. Cotton is a natural material that reacts differently to different outdoor conditions and can shrink or expand considerably. Thus, the iron poles included in the delivery may not immediately fit into the designated holes. In some cases, it may be necessary to shorten the poles to the desired size. Do not try to forcefully stretch the skin of the tent, as this increases the risk of tearing the canvas or breaking the stitches.

Important information on the assembly, handling and maintenance of our historic tents:

You can extend the life of your knight's tent and enjoy it for a long time to come by observing the following precautions:
Do not over-stretch the ropes, as natural materials such as wood or cotton change under the influence of l humidity and need space to contract and expand. This way, you can prevent the roof holes for the posts from stretching out, for example, and ultimately facilitating the ingress of water. We recommend that you loosen the ropes slightly in the evening, as the humidity in the air increases dramatically at night and can increase the risk of undue stress on your tent. The strings should also be somewhat loosened by rain or atmospheric humidity.
If the tent has been exposed to moisture, we strongly recommend that you dry it after use, otherwise it may get moldy.
Never use detergents or any other cleaning product to clean your tent. The best way to remove dried dirt is to use a brush.
As for storing your tent for a long time, please separate all accessories (pegs, ropes, etc.) from the tent itself and preferably pack everything separately. Make sure all items are dry and stored in a dry place.
