Purchase, Postage and Return Policy

Please allow 2-6 business days transit time (excluding weekends and public  holiday) for FREE postage service + 1 business day handling time

There is no tracking for free postage service. Free postage is SLOW as it s the  cheapest method of shipping.

It can take up to 10 business days for posting to WA or NT as it goes by road.

If order received on Friday, Saturday or Sunday, we will process and posted on  Monday around 1PM
It means you may not receive that week, and expected to receive the week after.

We packed in A4 or B4 or B5 size envelope, sometimes it s best to check at local  post office if does not fit in your letter box, in case it s there waiting for  collection (it happened many times without collection card)
Please check at local post office on the 6th business days onward after we  posted.

If you are worried about the lost or damage of the regular post, please  select the registered post or express post during the checkout process

The default postage is by regular post, which has no tracking number. And we  are not responsible for the lost or damage of the regular post items.

No return or exchange after 30days after the purchase.

Buyer is to pay the postage for sending the return to us and send back  to them.

No Pick-ups

For non delivered goods, refund will be considered after 20 business days since  the transaction is made giving enough time for delivery in case of Post Office  delay (such natural disaster, weather conditions, etc)
