I started eBay when they were two months old and listings were only 10 cents period! In fact I was the 2nd person to list a Boy Scout patch on eBay. Many of you know me from NOAC displays or books I've written or helped write. I still buy collections and accumulations.

SHIPPING and INSURANCE: On low value items shiped within the US, ship standard mail. I do have private insurance for listings under $50.00. This is NOT with eBay or the USPS. Any claim needs to be directed to me. Listings of $50.00+ will go through eBays shipping and tracking usually at $7.00 (with insurance) unless stated otherwise. I am sory about this but in the last three months I have had 5 buyers claim they never got there item. Even though the tracking says otherwise. It is interesting that ALL 5 were fron the NE USA, around NY, Boston etc. Leaving me with just under $1000.00 loss. And eBays seller protection is a JOKE! Where as, in the last ten YEARS prior I have han zero claims. Dishonesty has forced me to protect myself.
