The elderly and young children are suggested to use the keypad or their keys to unlock Smart Lock due to changes that happen to our fingerprints during these life stages.

Any requirement for the latch hole?

Check the edge of the latch hole before installation. If not a rectangular cutout, use a flathead screwdriver to pop the rectangular one off. Attach a round drive-in faceplate over the top of the bolt (Not included, contact our support team for it).

Are Google Assistant and Alexa built into Smart Lock Touch & Wi-Fi?

No, they are not built into the lock. The voice assistant devices are not included in this product. You can only use the related functions when you have Google Assistant/Alexa device at home.

Does this smart lock work with 5GHz Wi-Fi network?

No, Eufy Wi-Fi Smart Lock only connects to 2.4GHz networks.
