How to find your size?

Delivery

-Royal Mail 48 or Royal Mail 2nd Class with no tracking (free of cost)
-Royal Mail Special Delivery (TM) 1:00 pm (additional £6.99 fee)
-Royal Mail Tracked 48 (additional £1.05 fee)
-Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For (additional £1.50 fee)

Note: Flat house delivery must be made using Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed (Buyer has to pay the additional cost)

This is to ensure the delivery is not leftover outside the flat, which leads to the item being lost or stolen, we will not be liable for this loss or stolen.

The free delivery order usually will take 2-3 days to deliver with Royal Mail 2nd class, however, it may vary depending on the circumstances.

Sunday Royal Mail doesn't operate, which can cause a delay to the expected delivery date

Once the order has been updated with tracking details, it will not show any tracking, (unless paid for tracking service) the item will be dispatched the following morning, which then will take an additional 3 days to arrive, so roughly about 4 days to get the delivery.

In some exceptional cases such as a Bank holiday, there might be an additional day or 2 days delay due to Royal Mail not operating on Sunday and Monday (if Bank Holiday), this can cause delay in some orders.

Return & Refund

30-day return is accepted with the buyer affording to pay for the return delivery cost.
NOTE: Full refund will be given once the item is received. Any mistake from the seller (e.g. damaged item or wrong item sent) will be fully refunded
