Portrait pendant artwork framed.

Item is used. Has age and wear. There is wear to the frame and some rusting. The velvet on the back is wearing away. Glass has age and slight wear. There is a sticker on the back but don’t know if it applies to this piece. Do not think it’s is hand painted, image looks pixelated. See all photos.
