Usage:

Lie on your side, plug the other ear with a cotton ball, insert the

 ear candle into your ear, ignite the other end, and then

 extinguish after burning to the safety line.

Steps:

1. First adjust the indoor lighting to warm, keep the room quiet

 and avoid air convection.

2. Preparing items: a pair of scented ear candle, lighter, paper

 towel, a glass of water, cotton swab.

3. Use a lighter to light the scented ear candle. After burning, put

 it into the ear vertically. Fixed with one hand (need assistance

 from others)

4. When the scented ear candle burns to one centimeter on the

 halo line, you can remove it and put it in a water glass to

 extinguish it. Then clean the ears with a wet cotton swab, and

 then continue to the other side, the same as above.
