RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:

The Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without any penalty and except as indicated in the following steps:

 1. To exercise this right, the Customer must send an ebay message within 30 days of the date of purchase. 

 2. Upon receipt of the e-mail, Inc Technology will send the Customer the address to which the goods subject to exercise of the right of withdrawal must be sent, which must take place within 10 days of the authorisation. 

 3. The right of withdrawal is subject to the following mandatory conditions:
• the law applies to the product purchased in its entirety; it is not possible to exercise withdrawal only on part of the product purchased (e.g.: accessories, attached software, etc...);
• the law does not apply to audiovisual products or sealed computer software (including those attached to hardware material), once opened;
• the purchased good must be intact and returned in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment: manuals, cables, etc...); to limit damage to the original packaging, we recommend, when possible, to place it in a second box.
• the goods subject to the exercise of the right of withdrawal must be returned in a normal state of conservation, insofar as they have been kept and possibly used with the use of normal diligence: therefore, used products that show signs of damage or dirt will not be accepted and that consequently they can no longer be considered intact;
• the shipping costs relating to the return of the goods are charged to the customer
• the shipment, until the certificate of receipt in our warehouse, is under the complete responsibility of the customer;
• in the event of damage to the goods during transport, Inc Technology will notify the Customer of the incident (within 5 working days of receiving the goods in its warehouses), to allow him to promptly file a complaint against the courier of his choice and obtain a refund the value of the asset (if insured); in this eventuality, the product will be made available to the Customer for its return, simultaneously canceling the request for withdrawal;
• Inc Technology is not liable in any way for damage or theft/loss of goods returned with uninsured shipments;

4. Without prejudice to any repair costs for ascertained damage to the original packaging, Inc Technology will reimburse the customer for the entire amount already paid, within 14 days of the return of the goods, by reversing the amount charged to the credit card or via PayPal.

5. The right of withdrawal is lost entirely, due to lack of the essential condition of integrity of the goods (packaging and/or its contents), in cases where Inc Technology ascertains:

•  the lack of the external packaging and/or the original internal packaging;
• the absence of integral elements of the product (accessories, cables, manuals, parts, ...) anomalies to the product itself;
•  damage to the product for reasons other than its transport;
•  a state of dirt of the product due to its use, which has compromised its integrity.

6. The costs and risks of transport for the return are fully borne by the Customer.

• The return of products that are damaged, deteriorated or lacking original accessories and equipment will not be accepted by Inc Technology and will be returned to the sender with additional transport costs.
