Returns

OMGPERFUMES will happily accept your unopened, unused and undamaged return provided it is received back in the same condition it was sent within 14days from Purchasing Date. Simply request a return through eBay's return authorization system and we will be happy to either exchange the item for another product or refund your payment

Full Refund Policy

To receive a Full Refund on returned merchandise, the item(s) must be returned within 14 days of purchase date. The item(s) must be returned in the exact condition received by customer. Unless the item(s) was initially purchased as “Unboxed,” the item(s) will need to be returned in their original, sealed, unused, undamaged, and fully packaged condition. If an item is not returned under the conditions mentioned, that item does not qualify for a Full Refund.

Partial Refund & Restocking Fee Policy

If an item being returned has been opened, or otherwise not returned in the original condition in which it was received by customer, it may only qualify for a Partial Refund. All Returns and Exchanges, and any Refunds pertaining to those Returns and Exchanges, are dependent on the condition of the returned merchandise. Any Shipping and Handling charges will not be refunded in cases of Returns, Exchanges, or Cancellations (considering the order has already been shipped). If the item(s) being returned has been opened and the seal has been broken, there is a 20% Restocking Fee which will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Lost orders

We shall investigate and reship should the investigation find the order is lost. Please allow up to 4 weeks for this process.

Broken or damaged products

This is very rare as all items are packaged extremely well, however if you do receive a damaged or broken item please take a photo of the product , our invoice and the full package so we can arrange a re-shipment.  

Refused Shipments:

If you refuse a parcel that you have ordered from our store, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package and the cost of the return. We will deduct a restocking fee equal to 50% of your order if you refuse your parcel and it is returned back to our warehouse. We STRONGLY recommend that you collect your parcel.
