If you are not entirely satisfied with your fountain pen nib, you may request a nib exchange that best suits your writing style.
If within 28 days of purchase, the customer realizes the nib of their fountain pen is not entirely suited to their writing style,
Waterman offers a complimentary nib exchange for any nib of the same value, provided it is undamaged and in excellent
condition.
The customer must provide Proof of Purchase to be able to exchange their fountain pen nib. This Proof of Purchase will be
required when the exchange is processed by our Customer Service team.
Please note that nib size availability may differ between pens.

instructed to fill in a repairs slip (as shown below), to be returned to a Newell Brands office address.
