This is an original disk of 2 VERY RARE CP/M Games, Adventur: YES the original CP/M version of the classic game, Adventure AND  CatChum a text-only clone of Pac-Man written for the CP/M operating system and some CP/M utilities by Sierra Cybernetics Pioneer III computer.
It is a RARE find.
