V-e-r-y  rare Bowie memorabilia...

A scarcely seen David Bowie wearing a dress on the cover of a magazine.  Yes that's him wearing the velvet Mr Fish floral number.

This dress is currently the subject of a frantic search by the Museum of London who wish to locate this artefact to place it in a forthcoming exhibition.  If you know where this Mr. Fish designed frock might be, reach out!

Freddi Burretti is also in drag on the cover.   Freddie, of Mr Fish, the designer clothes boutique, poses with Bowie who is wearing the same outfit he wore on the cover of his 1970 album, The Man Who Sold The World.

Freddie went on to design some of Bowie's early Ziggy Stardust costumes.

Angela and Dave were friends with Freddi and David attempted to make a star of him, renaming Freddie as Rudi Valentino for his side-project band 'Arnold Corns' but, as the story goes, things did not work out...

If you are a Bowie fan you probably know that this is an extremely sought after magazine for Bowie collectors.
