this was cut from a 19th Century Publication, it is cut uneven (looks like someone was dating it 1890 in border) 

about 11x14" (image area of ship more like 9.25 x 12.25"). aside from having been torn from magazine it also was folded in middle and has a corner bend. Reverse side has sketches of New York Shanty Town.
