If item has shipping damage sign "Damaged" and file insurance claim with shipper carrier immediately. Shipper Carrier is responsible for all shipping damage. There are no returns on electrical parts, components or parts that require coding or programming. We don't guarantee color match- Exterior/Interior Color can be affected by many factors including year(age), make, model, fading, manufacturer lot, picture angle and lighting and more. We take multiple pictures in an attempt to clearly portray the general color and condition of the item. We cannot guarantee color match and don't accept returns for this reason. We ship Monday - Friday. Orders received over the weekend will be shipped on the following Monday. Shipping is by USPS, UPS or FEDEX. We don't ship to P.O. Boxes or APO - Must have physical address in contiguous 48 States. The buyer is responsible for any fees or taxes incurred. 

International customers please take into account that that the cost and the shipment does NOT include any IMPORT TAX, VAT, RATES OF CUSTOM DUTIES, and any other costs associated with importing this item to your country. Please check the Customs cost of your country before making your purchase. Remember that the cost of shipping outside the United States can be high depending on your country.
