This is a 1:87 ?? scale Nascar car and a very cool painted helmet.  It is the #24 Dupont mini racecar and a mini helmet that revs up the racecar and then you can let it go.  This was made by Toy Biz in 1997.  You put the car inside the helmet and rev it up and lift the visor and let it go.  You rev it up by repeatedly pulling the cord on the back of the helmet in and out.  Directions are on the back.  Looks very cool for kids.  It is new and in the package, but package does have signs of wear.  See pics for any package damage.  I do combine shipping on items sold.  Check out my other items.
