This is in excellent condition, and measures to where you would put the bulb 13 3/4" high, and to the top finial 19 1/4", and this is 4 1/2" wide.  This is not marked so I am not certain of the maker.  Really nice!    Please look closely at my photos for details.  Item 1295 AA
