The LED Light Stick LC500 from Godox looks like a light saber or wand and its magic is its versatility and sheer pleasure of use. The Light Stick is 56cm long with a diameter of 5.5cm and its 516 LEDs have a color temperature of 5600K or 3300K to meet ambient conditions, match other fixtures, or just for creative effects. Light intensity is variable too, from 10 to 100 percent to meet your subject's illumination requirements. While its output is Omnidirectional, it can be shaped and directed by the included barn doors.
This almost 60 cm long light saber can be color adjusted to the surrounding conditions, to other devices, or be positioned freely for creative effects. The light intensity can be continuously varied from 10 to 100 percent to suit the situation.

The Light Stick's handle makes it ideal for hand-holding and uses as a hair light, side light, or main light for selective lighting and distinctive portraiture. Additionally, the female threads on the base of the handle allow stand-mounting and hands-free use. The Light Stick has a built-in Li-ion battery that gets two hours of run time on a 2.5-hour charge. A padded carry case is furnished for storage and transport.
While its output is omnidirectional, it can be shaped and directed by using the included two-way barn doors. The compact form factor allows the LC500 to fit in spaces other lights are just too big for, and each end has a 1/4 inch-20 socket to attach to light stands, clamps, or other grip equipment.
Wireless remote (available separately) provides full control of the LC500 Light Stick's features and can control multiple lights in up to 6 groups and 16 channels, from up to 20 meters away.
