April is a multi-colored tie-dyed bear with a white face and white on the bottom of her feet.  She has black button eyes and a clear button nose to represent a diamond, the birthstone of the month of April.  Around her neck is a white frill and on her chest is a yellow-embroidered birthday cake with "April" stitched in multi-colored thread.
