Tarzan of The Apes Edgar Rice Burroughs First Edition, First State, First Printing 1914.

A.C. McClurg & Co. in gold lettering on bottom of spine without acorn icon on spine, thus this is assumed to be a first state copy in acceptable condition, which means this is one of the first 5,000 copies printed in 1914. Over 100 years ago!

Cracked hinges, with boards almost completely seperated from spine. All pages are loosely in tact and present, though not solidly bound. Still readable with a gentle touch. Name of previous owner in pencil on first inside page, otherwise pages appear clean. Wear as shown in pictures in as is condition. More detailed pictures gladly given upon request.
