FROM - "Cary's Survey of the High Roads from London" - First published in 1790. This map being from that 1st edition. The reverse side of the page is blank. The colouring is original and would have been handcolored at date of publication or shortly after.

DATE PRINTED - 1790 so is over 230+ years old.. This was printed from a copper engraved plate on handmade paper.
SIZE - Print area approx. 25 x 18.5 cm's on a page when unfolded of approx. 26 x 21 cm's.
CONDITION - Good for its age. As with all old maps/prints there may be minor imperfections, age toning etc... I have shown a very detailed scan so that any marks/creases stains, can be easily seen....Please study the large scanned images for all details.. Thank you.
ADDITIONAL COMMENTS - Please note that this map/engraving & was actually printed in 1790. This is not a modern reproduction..
