AK, HI, PR: Free shipping for items via the Post Office. BUT, buyer pays actual shipping cost for items sent via UPS or Fed Ex.
International buyers pay actual shipping charge (via the US Post Office).

Warranty: All items are warrantied against D.O.A. (it will work when it arrives). No warranty beyond that. I have made an honest and fair evaluation of this item, but I am only human. I do miss things occasionally, and if it is not as I have represented it, I certainly will do what I can to "make it right".Returns: I accept returns only for items under warranty - no returns for purchasing the incorrect item, customer order changes, etc.
