REFUNDS 

The store accepts returns within 30 days of purchase for any reason.  Return shipping is paid by the buyer. 

Items must be identical to auction pictures upon arrival for a complete refund.    

SHIPPING

   We will only send packages to the eBay account address.

During weekdays your package will usually ship same day if payment is completed before 2 p.m. US Pacific Time.   

We are happy to combine items, ship overnight, bill shipping charges to your account, or provide local pickup. If you do not see your preferred shipping option, please message us before buying to request changes.

The cheapest option.   Takes longer.  The package will go to a regional shipping hub before being sent overseas.  Often packages take over a month to arrive with minimal tracking updates.  Package may be lost.

 USPS International Shipping                                         UPS International Shipping       More expensive but so much faster!   More frequent tracking updates!   Much less likely to be lost!  

We recommend USPS or UPS for international shipping.
