The vintage 1990 Harley-Davidson motorcycles Harley Owners Group nylon banner is in great condition and measures approximately 3' x 5'.  The banner does have small marks/blemishes. Some might be dirt? (see pictures). There are no rips or tears, and both grommets are in tact. Condition is pre-owned.
