leg opening at bottom = 7"

these are when shorts are turned up.

Excellent condition. cut-off reworked Armani denim jean turnup shorts. Turn-ups not permanent and can be rolled down to make shorts a few inches longer, or rolled up to be made shorter. Looks fab!
