Mr. Sunderland was an authority on railroad and other corporate reorganizations. He played an important part in the financial affairs of the New York, New Haven and Hartford; Seaboard Air Line; Chicago, Rock Island and Pacific; Missouri Pacific, Central of Georgia and other railroads.

The book is in good condition; normal reading wear; binding intact; pages unmarked--no writing, no underlining, no highlighting; pages are age discolored; corners bumped; top and bottom of spine bumped; no jacket; normal shelf wear.  Good solid copy.
