This is a vintage item that has never been taken out of its original blister packaging. I cannot guarantee that the ink has not dried out since it's been in storage. Though it is brand new and never been opened so I'm pretty sure there would be no issues using it. There is some normal shelf wear to the cardboard packaging, the blister packaging is not in mint condition.
