Delivery
 

Orders received before 12pm will be shipped the same day. The later arriving orders will be dispatched the next working day. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, and Bank Holidays will be processed on the next working day. 

All items will be sent by Tracked Delivery, please check order updates to obtain tracking number. As per eBay policy, we can only send to the address that is entered on eBay checkout.  

We can usually deliver to all areas of mainland UK and Northern Ireland, however some items may incur an additional charge for Northern Ireland and Scottish Highlands. Please request a price for delivery outside of Mainland UK prior purchase, as we can  decline to send to these parts of the UK at our discretion. 

 

Returns

Any item must be returned within 30 days.
   
Our cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault, e.g. if goods are faulty or misdescribed.
