NOTE: Sales brochures cannot be legally sent by USPS Media Mail, which is the cheapest way to send MOST printed matter. The reason is because they are considered advertising and that does not come under media mail rates.  I am offering shipment by USPS Priority flat-rate, which is insured at no extra charge. If you are purchasing several brochures from me at one time, I will give you a break on the postage. I can send at least 10 brochures in one flat-rate mailer for the same Postage amount as sending a single brochure. In that case, please let me know BEFORE you order, so I can reduce the postage for you. If you would rather have it sent First Class Package, in a stiff cardboard mailer, without insurance, the cost is $8.00. The cheapest way to send it is in a manila envelope as a First Class letter, for $4.00. However, first class letters do not have the Ebay required tracking #, and often get mangled by the Post Office. I don't make these rules, but I have to follow them.
