Japanese Artist Kazue Moroi Porcelain Doll: The Crystal Fairy 1983 *See Pics

Doll is beautiful made and painted but does have some issues do to age that I will list. Missing wand from clenched hand. There are some stains shown in pics. Arms seem to be held on my the fabric, not sure if this is a defect or intentional.
