It appears all the pieces are there including the wick. The chimney is metal and has the same blue type finish as old guns so I'm wondering if it has never been lit or used but I can't tell for sure since I'm not real acquainted with these heaters. That blue finish is visible in places but there is quite a bit of rust on it too. When I took photos of the inner workings I did not attempt to clean or brush them off so you can see what I saw when I took the photos. I tried to take a photo of the inside of the fuel tank but had limited success. There's some surface rust in there but it's still shiny in places. The fill cap does come off easily. 

When I ship it I will take the hanger off so it'll fit in a smaller package and hopefully save a little bit on shipping costs.
