I can only issue a full refund if I receive the item back unworn, in the same condition I sent it in, otherwise I can only give a partial refund. For items that are new with tags that means the store tag(s) must also be attached still. All of my items come from a smoke free environment & I will gladly answer any questions you may have about any of my items the best I possibly can. I include tracking with each order.
