Made in the USA by Tennessee Hickory, located right outside of Knoxville, in Loudon, Tennessee. Out of a grading scale of A to D, The wood the handle is made of is Grade A. The handle comes with a lacquer coating to prevent dents and scratches. Also comes with 2 stainless steel wedges to secure the head to the handle.
