SHIPPING AND HANDLING:  All cards with Shipping and Handling charges of $3.99 or above are shipped in a bubble mailer or box.  If Shipping and Handling is less than $3.99, cards will be shipped in and envelope with protection OR cardboard CD case.  U.S. Shipping only unless otherwise agreed to by Seller.  

COMBINED SHIPPING & HANDLING DISCOUNT:   The rate is as follows:  Full shipping price for the highest priced shipping charge plus 50% of the shipping charge of each additional card or lot.  Additional discounts provided for multiple items depending on number of items and delivery location. To receive discount, request invoice before paying.  If you are purchasing any BUY IT NOW items please put in your "cart" before paying and request invoice so we may provide the discount.  

There are a number of costs that go into mailing your item(s), including packaging material and supply costs, travel costs to the post office and supply stores, the time and associated expense to have your item(s) pulled, packaged and delivered to the post office and additional fees to eBay on the shipping and handling charges on the listed items.  In setting our combined discount we have considered each of these factors.
