Hull construction & providence. Commissioned by Lyle North of Leyland Australia fame in 1977 using cold moulded technique by well know Tasmanian Builder Jock Muir ,her hull consists of 4 layers of diagonally-laid Western Red Cedar. This was a proto-type of one of only 3 ever built for the Admirals Cup. A complete copy of drawings are available. The hull is dynal-sheathed and topsides sprayed with 2 pack polyurethane. The Boat has a 55% Ballast ratio and Antimonial lead bolted keel, a recent survey suggest maintenance was required all invoices and photos are provided. The entire deck was replaces in approx late 1999. LOA 9.5 meters long, Beam 3.2 metres and a draft of 1.78 metres makes for a boat that can go most places.
