The ad has a color photo of a parade in a small town. There is a Kerr's Restaurant and a Crouse & Sons grocery store. Plus neat Victorian houses with lots of gingerbread trim and mansard roofs. I've done some webcrawling and have determined that it is Lincoln Street in Lunenburg, NS.
