You'll be ready to twirl in this 70s chiffon dress! Features dainty spaghetti straps, draped neckline, blouson bodice, elastic waist and fuller flowy skirt. Made from a lightweight poly chiffon overlay and has a lining. Belt shown for style and is NOT included. There are belt loops though.
