Crystal Safety and Maintenance Information:

• Detergents, soaps, chemicals, sunlight, placing in water for long period of time can cause the shine and colour of the crystals to fade, so avoid them.
• Store the crystals in a velvet or soft cloth pouch, when you are not using them, to keep them safe 
• For cleansing crystals, we recommend putting them under running tap water or by spraying Love Rocks Crystal Cleanser, every 3-4 days or as needed. For charging crystals, we recommend placing them under full moon light or rain water or by burying them in the earth, once a month or as needed. 
• Crystals bracelets can be worn throughout the day. They can be put aside during bath and while sleeping as their energy can keep you awake.
• If the crystal thread breaks, we recommend beading them in nylon thread. AVOID beading them in any metal or silver.

Exchange and Returns

• Due to the sensitive nature of the products, we have a no exchange and no returns policy.
• However, if products are damaged in transit before reaching you, we will do a refund. 
• To claim a refund, you will need to email us within 2 days of receipt of the product along with order number, bill and pictures of the damaged product. 
• Refund will not be done WITHOUT pictures of the damaged product.

Order Cancellation

• Post shipping the order will not be cancelled.
• You can email us with order details to cancel the order. Your entire order amount will be refunded.
• An order cannot be cancelled once the item has been delivered to you.
